Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A case with main cerebral artery (ICA, MCA, VA, BA) occlusion who has administered iv-tPA within three hours onset
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient having contrast media allergy contraindication for iv-tPA treatment
