Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)poorly controlled asthmatic patients with COPD treated with SFC250 + tiotropium 2)ex-smoker 3)FEV1%<70% 4)asthma control test score < 24 5)no medication change for 8weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)asthma control test score = 25 2)infection with bacteria or fungus 3)other respiratory disease 4)home oxygenation therapy 5)pregnancy 6)current smoker
