Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic or unstable skin ulcer 2.Written informed consent by patient himself

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.anemia 2.thrombocytopenia 3.local infection

the period for complete wound closure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In case complete wound closure is unsuccessful, we will apply the evaluation of wound condition, wound area, formation of granulation tissue, epithelialization of wound margin, etc.
