Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically or cytologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the pancreas;no prior anticancer therapy;performance status of 0 to 1;adequate organ functions;written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active infection; severe heart disease; interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis; pleural effusion or ascites; active gastroduodenal ulcer; pregnant or nursing women; severe mental disorder; active concomitant malignancy; or other serious medical conditions;mal-absorption syndrome
