Inclusion criteria: healthy and non-smoking males whoes participation is voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a patient with disease and smoker

MeasureTime frame
ALA ingestion will suppress an increase in blood lactate concentration, resulting in attenuating enhanced ventilation during graded exercise.
