Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type2 diabetic patients who has used mitiglinide and has kept HbA1c less than 6.5% for more than six month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to change Mitiglinide to Sitagliptin, or patients who are inappropriate to use Sitagliptin
