Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers. ASA physical status class I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and a past history of chronic pain, mental disorder, or substance misuse.
