Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient undergoing tracheobronchial stent insertion under general anesthesia 2)Patient over 20 years old 3)Written informed consent from the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with bradycardia(HR<50/min) 2)Patients with 2 or 3 AVblock 3)Patients with heart failure 4)Patients with nustable angina pectoris 5)Patients with severe liver disfunction 6)Patients with severe renal disfunction
