Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who needs Adacolumn treatment and whose CAI score is over 6 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose granulocyte number is under 2,000/mm3, as well as who has or is suspected severe infections. However patients who recovered from infections can be enrolled.
