70bpm until the day before operation.
Carvedilol is given from 2.5mg per day, and are increased aim at HR<

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: hypertension patient with open heart surgery(valvular disease, coronary artery bypass graft)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)contraincication of drug (2)EF<30% (3)HR<55bpm (4)past history of myocardial infarction with in 2 weaks (5)previously atrial fibrillation (6)the patient received beta-blockers
