Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension(BP 120/70 mmHg) despite the treatment with telmisartan 40 mg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a case of administrating insulin (2) a case of administrating pioglitazone (3)history of hypersensitivity to telmisartan
