Interventions

Glycolic acid was applied to the skin lesions on the side of the face 5 times per 2weeks. plasebo was applied on the other side as a control.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were required to have a minimum of 12 inflammatory facial lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wowen were excluded if they were pregnent, nursing, or planning a pregnancy.
