Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient who is positive of the anti-donor antibody before renal transplantation 2. the patient who will be given ABO-mismatched renal transplantation 3. the patient who suffer from recurrent post-transplant nephropathies after renal transplantation 4. the patient who suffer from antibody-mediated acute rejection after renal transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patient who is disqualified by the physician
