Inclusion criteria: 1) Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy 2) Laparoscopic adrenalectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) performance status 2 and more 2) ASA (american society of anesthesiology) score 3 and more 3) BMI 30 and more Adrenal tumor 4) pheocromocytoma 5) diameter 5 cm and more
