Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease), rheumatoid arthritis, IgA nephritis treated in Osaka University Hospital and healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with anemic symptoms and blood hemoglobin levels lower than 10g/dl.
