To conduct 6 months personal lifestyle education. Usual care and show the result of the food frequency questionnaire.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in clinic 2.HbA1c 6.1% over 3.For those who take diabetes medication or insulin,change rate of HbA1c should be less than 0.5% in last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Proliferative retinopathy 2.Stage 3 nephropathy 3.Pregnant 4.Patient judged by doctor to have difficulty in writing investigation sheets.
