Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive AHF cases who met the Framingham criteria and were admitted from 2006 to 2008 are eligible for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged <20 years and patients who were not considered suitable by the attending physicians are excluded.
