Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes 2. Toe brachial pressure index < 0.6 3. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active bleeding or bleedind tendency 2. Congestive heart failure 3. History of hypersensitivity to Cilostazol 4. Pregnancy 5. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction 6. Uncontrolled proliferative retinopathy 7. Malignancy 8. Patients ineligible for the study determined by doctors
