Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: genotype 1b and high viral load (greater than 5.0LogIU/mL)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: liver cirrhosis autoimmune hepatitis primary biliary cirrhosis malignancy depression drug abuse pregnant or lactating woman
