Inclusion criteria: 1. Japanese healthy male volunteers with ages of 20-35 years 2. Body weight 55-85 kg 3. BMI(body mass index) of 18.5- 25.0 (less than 25.0) 4 Nonsmoker or ex-smoker 5 H.pylori IgG antibody negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of major gut operations. 2. Hypersensitivity, allergy, and idiosyncrasy, to drugs
