Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically proven non-small cell lung cancer 2.Clinical stage I (UICC 7th), peripheral type 3.Refusal or inoperable case 4.Measureable tumor 5.PS 0-2 6.Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. past history of irradiation to the target 2. past history of chemotherapy within 4 weeks before treatment 3. life expectancy less than 6 months 4. Uncontrolled infection of lung 5. Active interstitial lung disease 6. Active double cancers 7. Other medical or psychological unsuitable reasons
