Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Superficial lesions in the esophagus and the colon with indication of ESD removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hypersensitivity to mesna and women who were pregnant, lactating, or hoping to become pregnant during this study period
