Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Due to side effects dementia patients who can not take donepezil.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: head trauma,malignancy,metabolic encephalopathy,alcohl abuse, Mental disorder,chronic renal failure and patients treated by major tranquilizer.
