Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of the patients who have a check-up in Saku central hospital by gastroscopy from June 2010 to May 2011, and agree with 5 year's follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who have past history of total gastrectomy.
