Inclusion criteria: The patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy who received the treatment with 5alpha-reductase inhibitor at Keio University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who have prostate cancer, or who did not agree with the purpose of this study
