Inclusion criteria: critically ill patients to start in the enteral feeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients had complications by Rikkunshito or metoclopramide. Patients suspected to have chromaffinoma. Patients administrated arleady Rikkunshito or metoclopramide. Patients had gastrectomy
