Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: end stage kidney disease patients with maintenance hemodialysis take regular-dose ARB by mouth, and their predialysis blood pressure are from 130 to 170mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: end stage kidney disease patients with maintenance hemodialysis take ACE inhibitore by mouth. The assay of HANP are more than 200 and cardiothorakic ratio more than 55%. Inappropriate condition for the patient. Patients,who refuse informed consent.
