Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who is taking Candesarta for hypertension Patients from whom informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients from whom informed consent was not obtained arteriosclerotic obliterans left ventricular dysfunction(EF<40%) patients with aldsterone escape phenomenon
