Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rectal cancer (Ra, Rb, P) diagnosed as adenocarcinoma pathologically, and preoperative diagnosed as T3/T4, N0-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases that have critical drug sensitivity to TS-1 or multiple cancers, multiple colorectal cancer with activity.
