Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients who were diagnosed advanced renal cell carcinoma (defined as cancer that has spread outside the kidney). 2)Patients who need not only additional therapy but also surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) No severe complications 2) Performance status :Eastern cooperative oncology group>=2 or Karnofsky>=80%
