Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among the patients with CKD, the subjucts of this test would be those with high blood pressure despite of antihypertensive treatent. Envelop method was used to devide into 2 groups. One group should take amlodipine, and the other group do azeldinipine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria would be uncontrolable hypertension, sustained hypotension, rapid increase in serum creatinine, the start of renal replacement therapy.
