Inclusion criteria: ischaemic or dilated cardiomyopathy, NYHA Class III and Class IV, Ejection fraction <35%,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe skeletal muscle disease, Cancer, Severe infection, Alcoholic or drug addiction in recent six months, Pregnancy, Others (doctors dicision) ,
