Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting plasma glucose in the range of 100-140 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, lactation, severe medical illnesses, and the concurrent use of any agent for the control of blood glucose
