High phosphorus diet for two days. After the period, Low phosphorus diet for five days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients with chronic kidney disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Patients with appetite loss 2, Patients taking vitamin D 3, Patients with rapidly deteriorated renal function 4, Patients who do not agree with participation in this study 5, Patients who are inappropriate for study inclusion

MeasureTime frame
Effect of serum phosphate, parathyroid hormone, 1,25D, daily phosphate excretion, and daily protein intake on change of serum FGF23 levels
