Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) fCurA, B 2) Renal, Liver, Bone marrow functions are within normal range 3) PS 0-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute gastrointestinal bleeding precluding enteral feeding 2) Poor prognostic diseases 3) Mentally disturbed person 4) Severe immunosuppression
