Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient underwent arthroplastic surgery of lower limb in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who were having a peripheral vascular disease,liver dysfunction,poor soft tissue condition,allergy to metal staple.
