Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective lung surgery with ASA physical status 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pumonary fibrosis, 2) pregnant or possibility of pregnant, 3)psychological disorder, 4) Mini-Mental State Examination < 24, 5)moderate liver or renal dysfunction, 6) coagulation disorder
