Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of lipodystrophy 2. hypoleptinemia 3. diagnosis of diabetes or hyperinsulinemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. alcohol or drug dependence 2. in use of anorectic agents 3. in pregnancy, while breast-feeding
