Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non target achievement of blood pressure goal defined by JSH2009 with candesartan 8mg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subjects with diuretics and the subjects with anti-indicatin for ARB/diuretics.
