Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cytologically or histologically proven small-cell lung cancer 2. Relapse during 1st line chemotherapy or within 90 days after the completion of 1st line chemotherapy 3. ECOG performance status 0-2 4. Adequate organ function 5. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe co-morbidities 2. Symptomatic brain metastasis 3. Massive effusion that require drainage 4. Pregnant woman
