Inclusion criteria: Patients with end stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis Patients with moderate to severe secondary hyperparathyroidism Patients who provide informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable medical condition Currently enrolled another investigational device or drug Pregnancy or breast feeding
