Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver cacer diagnosed by biopsy or combination of radiographic findings and tumor markers. 2. The maximum tumor size of 3-10 cm with a tumor number of 3 or less. 3. Child-Pugh grade A liver profile. 4. Not a surgical candidate. 5. Afe of 20 years or more. 6. PS of 1 or 1. 7. Life-expectancy of 2 months or longer. 8. Informed consent from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulability. a) platelet count of 50000/mm3 or less. b) INR larger than 1.5. 2. Vascular and biliary invasion. 3. Extrahepatic metastasis.
