Primary PCI is performed with Filtrap following thrombus aspiration

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First ST elevation myocardioal infarction within 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * cardiac arrest or post resusciation * cardiogenic shock * history of CABG * CKD(Cr>1.5mg/dl) or hemodialysis * LMT disease * reference vessel diameter<2.5mm * reference vessel diameter>5.0mm * no indication of PCI
