Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) histologically or cytologically proven small-cell lung cancer 2) limited-stage 3) chemo-naive 4) age: 20-74 5) PS(ECOG): 0 or 1 6) measurable lesion 7) adequate organ function 8) written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pericardial effusion 2.active concomitant malignancy 3.severe comorbidity 4.interstitial pneumonia or active lung fibrosis on chest x-ray 5.pregnant or lactating woman 6.history of severe drug allergy 7.psychiatric disorder
