Inclusion criteria: Healthy male who was identified CYP2C19 gene and thr response to Clopidgrel

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The history of allergy to proton pump inhibitor Liver dysfunction (AST>100IU/L ALT>100IU/L) Granulocytopenia

Comparison the inhibition of platelet aggregation of clopidgrel between CYP2C19 wild type and reduced function polymorphisms judged by 13CO2 breath test.	—
