Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male who was identified CYP2C19 gene and thr response to Clopidgrel

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The history of allergy to proton pump inhibitor Liver dysfunction (AST>100IU/L ALT>100IU/L) Granulocytopenia

MeasureTime frame
Comparison the inhibition of platelet aggregation of clopidgrel between CYP2C19 wild type and reduced function polymorphisms judged by 13CO2 breath test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison the activity of CYP2C19 judged by 13CO2 breath test between the CYP2C19 wild type and r polymorphisms determined by gene analysis.
