Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: non-treated patients having fasting plasma glucose level more than 100 mg/dl and systolic blood pressure more than 130 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 80 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients having pregnancy, severe liver, kidney or heart disease 2) patients who have already treated with statin, biguanide or thiazolidine 3) patients who have a history of drug allergy
