Inclusion criteria: The patients with cow's milk allergy who show the immediate allergic reaction to cow's milk and the specific IgE.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with cow's milk allergy who have intolerable reaction to enzyme digested milk peptides or diluted cow's milk.
