Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: LDL-C>120mg/dL LDL-C<180mg/dL patients with type2 diabetes treating over 4weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HbA1c>10.0% or increasing or decreasing over 2% on HbA1c during past 3months patients with serious hepatic dysfunction Serum creatinine>2.0mg/dL Familyal hypercholesterolemia Pregnancy or Lactation
