Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing non-cardiac surgeries who are evaluated into classes of ASA 1/2 and have over 10 points of coronary risk index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindication to medicines treatment with beta blockers before surgery
