Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Within 3 hours after onset of symptoms. 2) Severe hemiparesis and eye ball deviation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Marked improvement of symptoms after iv rtPA. 2) Previous hemorrhagic disease. 3) Apparent and fresh lesion on CT.
